Dominic & Sariah Manifest A Backyard Playset!

My grandchildren Dominic and Sariah decided they wanted a backyard playset. There was no way that we could get them one because of our limited finances.
I had once told Dominic that whenever he needed something no matter what it was he could go to Jesus so Dominic went to Jesus. He asked for a playset. Then he let it go.
A few days later our neighbor was talking to my son and happened to mention he was getting rid of their playset because his kids had grown and the grandkids didn’t use it.
When my son asked if he would be willing to sell the playset the neighbor stated that if he wanted to take the playset down he could have it at no cost.
So with the help of my oldest grandson the kids’ uncle put the play set up in our backyard. As you can see the kids are playing and loving it.
Dominic found the key to manifesting his world: ask, forget it (. . . give it to God, the universe, spirit), and receive.
You may be asking yourself where Sariah fits into all of this.  She was in agreement with Dominic!

Children Are Our Future

Too many children are being left by the wayside. They are not being taught right from wrong or respect for their elders. These children disobey parents, ridicule teachers and blatantly disregard those in authority. We as parents and grandparents should be the role model our children want to look up to and emulate.
Children are our future, a future that must be strong and loving, a future willing to work hard to keep our freedom, a future that must learn not to hate. May our future see each individual as unique. May they see those around them through the eyes of our Maker and realize that sometimes one just needs to dig a little deeper to find the good in those individuals whom we don’t understand.

Dominic Signs A Book

My first book signing event which was held at Barnes & Noble in Hendersonville was a huge success. My book signing buddy, family and friends were there to share this momentous occasion with me. Dominic, my grandson stood close by the table watching kids accompanied by their parents bringing their copies of ‘Dominic Ties His Shoes’ to be signed. Several parents when introduced to Dominic asked him if he was the Dominic in the book. When Dominic grinned widely and acknowledged that yes indeed he was the one and the same they asked if he would like to sign the book along with me. He shyly agreed and very carefully signed each book. Needless to say Dominic was both embarrassed and overjoyed to find that kids wanted to read a book about his struggles and ultimate triumph over learning to tie his shoes.

Dominic lost another tooth, this time in school.  The school nurse gave him a tooth shaped container to keep it in.  He was so excited he had his dad bring him right over after school to show me.
With great pomp and circumstance he opened the container. Pulling out his tooth, and holding it between his index finger and thumb he presented his prize to me announcing that he would be receiving a visit from the Tooth Fairy that night. (I visualized Duane Johnson, sporting his fairy wings and dressed in those cute tights, sneaking up to Dom’s bed to gently remove his tooth replacing it with a nice crisp one dollar bill! LOL)

I find it amusing how children can jump from being apprehensive, “No! Don’t pull my tooth! It’s going to hurt!”, to jubilation when they pull the money out from under their pillow. “Look mom! The tooth fairy left me a dollar!” Talk about inflation! My sister and I only got 25¢ per tooth.

I recently read Manifest-Your-World by Sarah Meadows. It was a quick read, only 52 pages. Within those pages I discovered how the author, Sarah Meadows, used the Law of Attraction to manifest those things she holds dear to her heart. Sarah uses examples from her own life, from meeting her Prince Charming, finding the right car; through being told she had cancer, the birth of her son and finally moving into her dream house she shows how you too can use the Law of Attraction to bring those things you desire to your life. Reading Manifest-Your-World has made me realize how important it is to follow your dreams and create the world you want to live in. Miracles do happen. Dare to Manifest-Your-World!
